Can these tables in the database be emptyed ?

I am experiencing an extremely slow browsing to my vbulletin

so is it safe to empty the following tables in the vbulletin database:


rsslog
postedithistory
adminlog
moderatorlog
search
postindex
word
session
cronlog
cpsession

I doubt meptying these tables would make any noticible difference in page loading. You should not manually empty any table, instead please use the tools provided in the AdminCP.

this is the problem, i cannot use the tool that is provided in the AdminCP.

As i said i am having an extremely slow browsing and if i used the tool it will only keep loading then a white blank screen comes up
