Automatic Banners

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to alow people to add there own banners to a rotator.

I.e They click a link, upload the banner, pay the fee and then there banner automaticaly goes live on the site.

I know I can it manualy but I just wondered if there was any way of making it automated.
