i do upgrade from bv3.8.2 to vb4.0.2
and rebuild counters
i found table "searchcore_text " it more than 800 M
what i can do ...

can i empty it?
or what?

I would also like to know what the purpose of this table is. This table is twice as large as my posts table.

It crashes once every week or two for me so I chose this step and haven't chosen to rebuild it. It apparently re-populates itself over time. So yeah this IS safe to empty and be sure to empty it regularly, depending on your forum activity.

Apparently this is for when you click to "find all posts" OR "find all threads" for a user, you decide if you want it rebuilt or not.

What was wrong with the way it was done before? We were able to search in VB3 without any issues; and without this table that literally DOUBLED the size of my database.
