How do I prevent guests and members from right-click saving photos in user albums?

I have an English Bulldog site, and many users have uploaded photos in their albums. I worry about this due to nigerian English bulldog scammers.

They save photos from the web and present English bulldogs and puppies for sale at really cheap prices, and then they say, "oh he is sold, but I have another one for $300 for sale." Then you wire them the money and never get the puppy.

I do not want members or guests to be able to right click on these photos and save them to their computer. Please help!!!

Thanks in advance!!!

You can't. Or rather, you can add some javascript from stopping that, but all they have to do is get the url from the page source to get the image.

You can always printscreen. So its pointless.

The only solution here is to hide that topic from guests.

Thanks, of course you can just print screen and crop it (did not even think of that!), yeah it sucks there is no way to stop it. Thanks anyway, I appreciate the info.

Best thing to do is watermark the photos before uploading them. A number of drawing/paint programmes allow text to be adapted to look like a watermark on an image.

Don't put it on the internet.
