'flood' error when posting a thread, or replying to a thread.

All i get is a blank screen saying 'flood' in the top left corner of the browser.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
