Suspect File Versions - But for the database?

Just looking ahead till when all my ducks are in a row for my upgrade to vb4, I want to know if there's an easy way I can compare my existing forum's database structure too what a stock vb4 is?

I've installed/removed several modifications over the life of by vb3 install, and although I know most modifications should remove all of the database additions when they're uninstalled, I just want to confirm that no modifications have left hangers on.

Any ideas?
