Images not displaying on main page

I am having an issue where I post an article and attach an image and it displays perfectly in the article. But on the main page it is not showing up. How do I get images to display on the main page?

It may take some editing, but they should show. You see them when you edit the articles? And of course make sure you're using the latest version 402pl1.

I am using the latest version. Is there something I have to do to the images to make them show up? They only show up in the article.

Not that I know of. Maybe put them at the beginning since the main page only shows previews. A link would be nice to see what you're talking about.
