Downloading/Files Managament

I am looking for a reliable and stable file management or downloading mod for 3.8

Before you say it, I already know Downloads II is available. I also have that installed. But I want to know if there is anything else available, something might even be offered outside of this site.

The big two here are DownloadsII and Links and Downloads Manager. Those are pretty much your only two choices, and they are stable from everything I've seen.
