Blocking Proxy's

I have a real pain in the rear member that comes back via a proxy every time we ban him. Nothing new to admins I guess.

Anyway to effectively deal with these all these proxy servers out there that actually works? I'm on vb3.8.4

Try my mod. It is for vb 4 but remove this line from the xml file and it should work in a vb 3X as well.

I'd use the Web Proxy Redirector for 3.8

I meant that one for 3.6 works on 3.8.
