Subscription help

sorry if its a dumb question...

I want all visitors who register to pay a fee (via paypal).

Once they register/pay, they have access to all forums. If they do not register/pay, they only have access to one forum.

I read through the help files for Subscriptions (and usergroups), still cant make it go..
