New Post/Old Post Image Help

How do I change my old post/new post image thats on the forum index. Im trying to change this image and use a different one.

Just right click & click on "Copy Image Location". Then paste it in notepad, or in your browser. Then replace that image in your images folder.

For that specific image it is in: /images/statusicon/forum_old-48.png

How long does it take for them to update and show up on the site?
