Real quick....is there a mod for 3.8 that restricts users from having any signature at all until X number of posts are made?

You can already do this by default with Usergroups and Promotions settings.

One of my 3.8 boards i used this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=158650 worked great.....What I ended up using was something I already had installed: VBSEO Conditional Sigs.
