alot of forums stole my forum's posts by rss feeds i need to add a links to Rss to protext mt forum's posts

RSS Feeds cannot be protected, because they come from external sources. And I've got a hunch that Marco is going to post here that you are unlicensed.

Turn it off, AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > External Data Provider.
