looking for a reliable programmer

hey guys im in need of a programmer for my discussion forum..most of my requests will be adding or moving banners around and maybe a few small other things..but in the process i would like to learn how to add and move the banners myself..is there anyone here thats reliable i can contact and talk to them about this? to be honesty my main and only problem is the banners i never learned how to add them and how to move them around in certain places..
