The arcade /layout/ is fine, however everything is just blank white (default style) theres no header colours etc.

Am I being an idiot and missing somethign I'm supposed to do to get the style working?

It may be you need to tweak the CSS to get you style to work with it.

admincp>settings>options>Style & Language Settings>Store CSS Stylesheets as File?
try setting it to no..

Not saving CSS as files doesn't do it. It's a bit empty.

Can we see a link to your arcade and maybe we can get a better idea of what to suggest.
