Move forum stats and 1 other thing

I am trying to move forum stats to the right of the forum into area. I have racked my brain for 2 hours now and I just can't figure it out. See screenshot.

I have a forum that has never been posted in but I can't find where Never is defined so I can add the same look as Last Post By. See screenshot.

Perhaps change around your forumbit templates?

This has to be from a template edit since that isn't the default view.

Either way wrap the stats like

<div style="float: right; padding: 3px; margin: 5px;">
Stats Code
</div>

Then place it in the same div as the forumdescription code

I'll post up my template changes thus far. I have altered the template to get the look you see now. But I will get something up when I get home from class.
