User Templates

Have recently purchased vbulletin, overall an excellent feature rich product. I cannot find how to remove unwanted features from the templates (am also new to php). eg. I wish to remove the vbcode section and attatch file from post templates.
Please either forward info or provide me with a url which will help me.

You can disable these in the admin CP (attachments at least)
