I need help to enable private messaging for my new registered users as all them are having problem to send a site pm however, only me the admin is able to send the site but not any other user on the forum any help how to enable the private messaging ?

I would appreciate if anyone help me solve this problem

Is the usergroup of these users entitled to sent pm's?
