bbcode for usergroups in 3.8.x !!!

well , i have 3.8.3 and i am sooo tired from searching

is there any way to make a special bbcode for a some usergroups to use ????

EXAMPLE : i want to make a bbcode just for admins or moderators ..

i have found some old plugins but it not working any more on 3.8 :(


is there any other way ???
