Help me 3 problems

after upgrade my forum from 3.8.4 to last version i have some problem

1- color of text typing by every member show same as his groupe , for exampel admin :

admin : type this color , ......
moderator : type this color
and .....

( we should to change this color manually after send it )

example of code :
code used for username title : <br><image src="http://www.******.com/images/ranks/Deputy Administrator.png"><br>

code used for Username HTML Markup : <b><font color="#ff0099">

2- why my home address use index.php yet ???
what i can do to change it to forum.php ?

3- my Quick Reply : ( in arabic and persian langueges we type right to left and we used it without problem in 3.8.4 )

1. make sure you close your HTML in the admincp in the right side box beside where you have added the markup.

2.its like that idk how to change it sorry.

3. Try adding a new style and see if that helps.
