What exactly is wrong with this profile? None of the other profiles display like that, so it makes me suspect that it's something specific added to this particular profile. However, I am unable to locate what is causing it.
**EDIT: Register an account and then view the profiles. You won't see the difference unless you do. Sorry; I didn't realize that they displayed differently when logged out.

You should supply a test username/password when people need to login. People don't like to register for an account just to see what the problem is.
Try this:
Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

I'm sorry, I should have thought of that. It didn't really occur to me, though; I'm kind of paranoid when it comes to website security.
I added the default skin, and I had the same problem. So here is the test account credentials:
Username: Witchards Test
Password: 7REBirth8
Whoever uses this account, I ask that you not post on our forum without first consulting me. Our rules are kind of unique, and I don't want one of my moderators to get onto your case by mistake.

And what do you think is different with this profile?
The sidebar? That looks to me like that will show if the user has a profile picture (not avatar).
PS You already removed the default style again?

Yeah, I removed it. No matter the style, the same thing was happening. I figured you could look at it just as well in my default style?
One thing is that long gray bar on the left. And aside from that, everything else on that profile seems to be out of whack too. The page stretches too far and the other vBulletin stuff doesn't look like it does in other profiles.

Must be the users Custom Profile stying?

Must be the users Custom Profile stying?
That's what I'm thinking. But, I don't know what it is (what's causing it), so I don't know how to instruct the user to fix it.

Just ask the user if they have customized their profile lol.
