Switch to UTF8 from WINDOWS-1255

I'm using vB 3.8.4 and I want to convert my forum to UTF8 from WINDOWS-1255... Is there any way to do this?

P.S I'm going to upgrade my forum to vB4 soon so I also welcome ways to convert it in vB4.

Try to convert your db coalltion characters to utf-8 with the script that I have attached at this thread. But make a backup first.
