After move to new server and db restore foreign character problem.

I use greek language on my forum and after the restore on the new server i got problem with the greek language.Al greek characters looks like symbols.
Is there any option to run maintenance or update the language to fix it? Or how do i fix that?

I think it is a problem with the encoding. What are the character coallation of your db tables set to?
