Hi,
I am excited to get my new VB 4 customized but I am a complete newb but really want to learn. Anyways I am looking at putting a custom header and menu at the top of my forum pages like this: http://forums.oodmag.com/forumdisplay.php?f=5
This may be easy to you but I have no clue where to start (Ive already deleted my first installation). Can someone please direct me where I can find info on how to do this or even better describe the basics of where I would get started?
