vb4 with existing design, install help

Hi all, I recently purchased vb4 cms and want to integrate it within an existing design.

I'm seeking help from someone with experience in the vb4 publishing suite to cut up and set out my psd design within the cms. I am more than happy to pay, just looking for someone who knows their stuff and can do it with relative ease.
