Sorry for the RP from VB.com, but my members would like access! Can anyone help?
Not sure if this happened on install of 4.0.1 or 4.0.2, but we can no longer see the public (joinable) custom usergroups in the group pages, so users can't request permission to join them. All of the settings are the same as they were before the upgrade.
Is there a way to make these appear or do I have to recreate the usergroups as groups and figure out how to moderate the users that way?
If it helps, the point is to have two private areas on the board that users can request permission and be added by an admin in order to join. One is for a specific career and the other is a topic that not all members want to see/discuss.
