After upgrade 4.0.1 to 4.0.2, new article doesn't seems main page?

I was upgareded to 4.0.2 from 4.0.1

I have 5 section in my cms. But if i add new article sections (excluding main page section), it doesn't seems on main page.
I'm editing article and updating settings it is not seems again. Only seems when i add main page section. Other sections is not seems main portal page, it is seems only self sections.. Why can i see main portal page...
