Did you do any modification to your forum prior to getting that error?

the last thing i did was add my google adsense code under:
{vb:raw navbar}
Which can be found here:
Styles and Templates > Style Manager > Edit Template > Forum Home Templates > FORUMHOME
Then I installed the new VSa-Paypal Hack which is basically the donation bar for 4.0

None of those should edit something at the registration page. But can you try to undo the changes and see if the problem disappears?

What about the default theme, does it happen there as well?
P.s. Can you post the link to your registration page?

I just noticed that you are running Version 4.0.1. My advice is a bit off topic but I would strongly advice you to upgrade your forum to the latest version as several bugs and security issues have been fixed in the newest version. It might help also to fix the problem.
P.s. Can you check the register templates? try to revert them and see if that would fix the error.

im new to all this... i might sound dumb, im only 16.
How do you upgrade the site without losing anything? and how do you revert the register templates?

To revert the templates, go to Style and Templates in the Acp of your forum-Edit templates-and then look for the Register templates and once you find them, under the right side where it says "Controls" click the Revert button. This will revert the template to its original state.
To upgrade your forum, make first a thorough backup of your database (make sure that it works), disable the mods and then overwrite your forum files with the set from the latest 4.0.2 package, minus the install.php file, and point your browser to the upgrader. i.e.
http://www.gamingreaction.com/install/upgrade.php and follow the instructions.
But in my opinion it would be best to first make a duplicate of your main forum at your test one and do a test run with the upgrade before you upgrade your live forum.
Hope it helps.

I have upgraded to the new vbulletin and i am still having the same problems. From the image i sent before there are many more. I will show a few of the errors on my site.
I know that these are on different styles and are the same pictures as before but even with the upgrade it is still occurring:

Please reply with a suggestion - Thanks
