Nominate Post & Nominate User

Hi everyone im looking for something that allows users to nominate posts and users for a post of the month award and user of the month award.

Would be good if it was a simple button to click, that stored statistics on a page or something.

Im not very technical so im open to your ideas.

I always wondered about this too, Vbulletin.org has a hack like this installed. Surprised to see no one ever try it...

Would love this too ! Seems there are a couple around for 3.x, but nothing for 4.x so far...
