This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view.
I get this on all my members when click on theire user names?

Disable vbseo and see if you still have the same problem.

I do not have vbseo installed. I saw some posts with vbseo problem but I don't have vbseo.

How about a link to see one of these problem profiles? Also, try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Appreciate the help. Disabled all plugins and enabled batch by batch and found the culprit (cms subnav plugin which adds sublinks)
