Will vBulletin Publishing Suite work for sub-domains.

Example

* http://forums.mysite.com - Forums
* http://blogs.mysite.com - Blogs
* http://mysite.com - Publisher

Would be great if vBulletin Publisher + vBSEO both work like this, If it will how is it done?
