small problem with time settings

My time settings went a bit crazy after updating to 4.0.2, most things are fixed, just one small thing. At vbulletin.com forum you see a time setting next to "today/yesterday", but i can't see that at my forum. ==>see attached files

I tried some things at ACP==>options==>date/time settings but i couldn't find it.:(

Any help how to put the time next to "today" / "yesterday" posts?

vboptions > date & time options > datestamp display and also make sure you have forumat for date and time set correctly.
