How To Have A Usergroup Legend Displayed

How can I have a usergroup legend displayed at the bottom in the forum statistics?
Is there a modification available for this?

Lynne told me that this can be done by editing the FORUMHOME table but I'm new to vB and I have no clue about such manual edits yet. :erm:
