Need hel, ASAP!!! Site won't load up!

Hey guys if you click onto my forum: www.cardsdownunder.net.au it won't load, i don't know much about websites so any help is appreciated.

You need to view the page source in order to see the actual error:
MySQL Error : Incorrect key file for table './car49301_testforum2/guest.MYI'; try to repair it

so, try a repair/optimize on the guest table.
