Securtiy token error after additional code

I added the additional code to my index.php file and I still receive the "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator (http://www.uberfrags.net/forums/sendmessage.php) and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

Any ideas?
