Resizing Quote and HTML

I'm having problems with the quote and HTML BB Code, with the skin i have made. Does anyone know the link i need for me to access the height and size of each?

I might be able to help, but I think it's a file edit and not a template edit.. Do you have a screen shot or link to your issue?
