Need HOME Tab

Can someone help me, I want to add a tab on the far left to say HOME to go to my blog? It just says FORUM COMMUNITY NEW POST No one knows I have a blog it seems, Please! Thanks! I'm using minerskinz bingo I think I might need to do something to make a new area in the template but im new to this.. thanks!
