Side Column messes up Showthread

On index, forumhome, forumdisplay the side column is fine. However for some reason only on "showthread" the sidecolum expands the page so wide it doesnt fit on the screen and you have to scroll left and right.

this ONLY happens on the showthread template and NONE of the others.

any ideas?

There is no sidebar on the showthread page. This is from a modification and questions/problems regarding modifications are only handled in the modification thread.
