Rewrite Rules

Alright, I've set up SEO properly on my forum and all the links are SEO'd.

I want to SEO the usercp.php, memberlist.php, search.php, member.php?u=?? and private.php links, what is the rewrite rule for this?

PS: member.php?u=?? should be rewritten to members/user/(username here)

YaBBSEO i was considering, but it's very complicated to install.
