Disable the ability to send PMs

Hey,

I was wondering if there was an option to disable the ability to send PMs for a specific group.

Obviously if the option is enabled then the users in X usergroup won't be able to send PMs but they will be allowed to accept PMs from other usergroups.

If there isn't I'd have to request a coder to code it.

That is a default usergroup option.
