Ok I'm confused..

ok so theres two sites vbulleting.org and vbulleting.com
vbulletin.com looks like it focuses on version 4
while vbulettin.org focuses on version 3.

does v4 works just the same as v3 does?

every website i come upon using the vBulleting software are all using vesions like

is v4 a whole different project?

and does vBulletin care if someone who buys their products links to things such as movies,softwares etc. (i guess is called warez linking?) I have seen many sites using vB that link to warez is that illegal or vb doesnt care?

vBulletin.com (No 'g' in the name!!) is the official company website. Pre-Sales and Support on the standard vBulletin product is given there by support professionals.

vBulletin 4.0 is the successor of the vBulletin 3.x series. It has just been released in public and many sites will currently still be using the older 3.x series.
