Error to Upgrade VB 3.8.4 to 4.0.1

Dear all,

i've trying to upgrade my VB system from 3.8.4 PL 2 to VB 4.0.1, here is the problem :
1. My VB system was identified by VB 4.0.1 as VB 3.6
2. I've skip this information and then continue to install VB 4.0.1 and found some error on a database.

Would u please help me to fix this issue.

NB :
- I've deactivated are the product and plugin
- I've following the instruction in Readme.txt VB 4.0.1
- I've delete old config and configure new config.php for VB 4.0.1

Please open a support ticket to address this issue before continuing. Also make sure you keep your backup made prior to the upgrade attempt as you will probably need to restore it.
