Best Map Mod

I have done a search and found different mapping mods and upgrades. I was wondering what your opinions are on the best mapping mod for my application.

I would like something like google maps that I can track recent events that have happened.

I would like three different pins to put on the map.

I would like to use a map of My State and Possibly Maps of the States Counties or Cities.

Any thoughts or reccomendations on which to use would be appreciated.

Ease of use would be a plus... My abilities are limited.
