What am I missing. I don't even see options for changing these (below) to buttons. Every button corner says "trans_40b.png" Multi quote and Report is blank. And not just these but all the buttons on my forum. Why does it not default like the buttons on this vbulletin.org forum?

I just installed vb4 and the only thing I edited was by using Lynnes post (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?336747-after-upgrading-to-4.0.1-quick-reply-and-first-and-last-post-prob&p=1902921&viewfull=1#post1902921) for the advertising block.
So I guess I'm asking, what do I need to do to use the standard buttons? But even more so. What did I do to make this happen in the first place?
