Drop down menus not working

I really like the theme I have but the drop down menus stopped working with it can somone please tell me how to fix this?

I'm not sure if this is the problem or not, but it looks like your "footer" template is missing the last line, it should be:

ok it is just the one theme so must be a problem with that theme.
