Rebuild Thread Information

Hello
I have vBulletin 3.8.4 patch level 2.Today I got a small problem, I can't do Rebuild Thread Information. Number of threads to process per cycle I put : 2000 first time and it stuck on Processing: 84671.Then I restart it with Number of threads to process per cycle 500 and it stuck again on Processing: 84671.Can someone help me out?

i am having the same problem i am also strucking at the 6269 thread when ever i tried to update the counters plz any one tell me the solution...

sry i got the solution
actually the thread 6270 is merged up with more posts thats why it is strucking there...
i juste deleted the thread and run the update counters its done sucessfull

You're trying to do too many in one batch that is possible for the server.
Put it to 500 and try again.

If that doesn't work, upgrade your hosting to VPS/Dedicated Server.
