Signature Not Showing Up?

I have just created a new Administrator User, and have given the user all the privileges possible, as well I have copied any setting from my existing Administrator.

I have checked all my size settings and I can not for the life of me get the signature image to show up.

Could some one give me some forum of direction on what I am overlooking or omitting!!

Well its showing up in the preview of teh post but not te post after I submit it.

Any takers? could really use some help on this one!!
