Says vb.org is running it, but I can't seem to find it anywhere, is it not officially released?

I remember seeing the past few weeks it was supposed to be released?

vb.org is NOT running 4.0.2 lol.......vb.com is they are working to fix some bugs and make the release better. Scheduled sometime this week?

I wouldn't bother with 4.x anyways ;)
I'll stick with 3.8 for a few more months

Yeap... Scheduled for the sometime this week for a release... They delay the release of it to be sure not to push the problems down the line to 4.0.3...
