Hello,
I can successfully upload RAR and ZIP file to my posts as attachments, but soon after that they are going corrupted.
Members can download but not extract the RAR and ZIP files. Please tell me what should I do?

They would need an extractor like WinRAR or 7Zip to extract them.
Try storing attachments in File System. AdminCP > Attachments > Attachment Storage Type

They already being stored on File System.
Everything was working fine before I uploaded and activated a new theme.

What happens if you switch back to a default theme?

If you have it installed, then it is not a default style.
To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.
If your problem still exists, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.

Actually, I got the root of the problem.
When I enable Compression from cPanel and disable GZIP from Admin CP, the rar and zip attachments are not being downloaded properly and that's what making the rar and zip files go corrupt.
Please suggest me a solution how I can Enable compression from cPanel and disable the GZIP from Admin CP without any issue?
Thanks

I wouldn't turn it on on either cPanel or vB.
