how it come if i do :

Repair / Optimize Tables then an poster have before 400 postst and after Repair / Optimize Tables 370 ?

You must have updated the counter.
Repairing tables does not alter post count.

Does this happen if you do it from the acp or phpmyadmin? Can you try to run Update Post Counts and see if this would bring the posts back?
